The City of Lake Forest has outgrown their current Public Safety Building, originally constructed in 1969. The building has, like most municipal facilities serving growing communities, undergone several renovations and modifications. Cordogan Clark was commissioned by The City of Lake Forest to study the existing facility and process, and provide a phased plan of improvements to update the Public Lobby Area, Interview Rooms, Dispatch Office, Records Office and the Sheriff's Department Office Suite totaling approximately 3,000 SF. The phased renovation plan allows the facility to remain open to the public 24/7, to minimize disruption of staff daily operations.
