A dramatic three story atrium highlights the logical and gracious circulation, as well as the main east/west circulation spine that connects the academic and common spaces. The exterior design reflects the historic architecture of the surrounding neighborhood, yet does this with modern detailing and proportions. It features carefully detailed brick with stone accents, and abundant glazing to maximize natural light for all instructional areas. The project also includes a 325 two level parking deck that is located on the previous footprint area of the existing building.
