Enhanced banking

St. Charles
Oak Brook Bank contacted Cordogan Clark & Associates to develop and begin the implementation of a design for a new 4,200 SF branch bank facility in LaGrange. The work includes complete design, construction documents, and supervision of implementation of the new facility. In addition, an interior parking structure adjacent to the facility was developed.

Bolingbrook
Oak Brook Bank of Bolingbrook, designed by Cordogan Clark, updates traditional civic and bank architecture. The architectural language used is reminiscent of early Prairie Style banks designed by Louis Sullivan. It creates a strong, recognizable public presence. The interior design, with its marble floors, high-ceilinged lobby, and generous accents of dark green marble and cherry wood on the teller line, check stand, and desks, reinforces the exterior design.

Chicago
The Chicago branch of Oak Brook Bank uses architecture to incorporate and reinforce its marketing messages. A high efficiency ratio of served to services space minimizes the back-of-house areas and leaves most of the floor area to be occupied by patrons. This organization is similar to the design of a retail store and allows the bank to spread its marketing materials throughout the space.
