Michael has played a prominent role in the design, development and production of several significant projects at Cordogan, Clark & Associates. Most recently, the Devon Bank branch in Wheeling Illinois obtained LEED-Gold certification in December 2010, which was the first Cordogan, Clark & Associates project to earn that recognition. Devon Bank has also received an AIA Northeast Illinois Chapter award for Green Design and was the 2009 Grand Prize winner for Perforated Metal Architectural Installations sponsored by the Industrial Perforators Association.
Michael’s talents are currently focused on municipal, corporate, and religious facilities. In the past, he has also been involved in the design and construction of medical and educational facilities. Michael also heads our team for ongoing contract work for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory.
With the breadth of knowledge and hands on experience he possesses, Michael is a great asset and integral team member for Cordogan, Clark & Associates. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Montana State University, in 1990. He is a registered architect, licensed in Illinois and Montana, and has been a member of AIA and NCARB since 1994. He is also involved in his community as Board Member and Secretary of the Harbor Springs Property Owner's Association.
