Alexis Flowers grew up in Gary, Indiana. She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture from Ball State University, Indiana. Her Master's thesis focused on adaptive re-use, wayfinding, and innovative materials in urban corridors. At Cordogan Clark & Associates, she is currently assisting on educational architecture projects including the East Aurora High School Expansion; Hinsdale Middle School; and College of DuPage task work. She is also involved in NOMA, the National Organization of Minority Architects.
Alexis's interest in architecture stems from her family's electrical business. While in high school, Alexis was on the swim team, and remains a swimmer and sports enthusiast.
