Adana M. Johns, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, and Senior Managing Architect, strongly contributes to the success, growth, and reputation of Cordogan Clark & Associates. Adana is dedicated to delivering smart, efficient, and responsive design solutions, providing guidance throughout all project phases. A precise communicator, she firmly believes that a project's success depends on creating and building working partnerships with clients.

Adana’s strong technical and design skills, combined with over 11 years of architectural project experience, enable her to offer seamless service to clients, from pursuing and planning new projects to setting the scope, budgets, and schedules for existing ones. Her project experience includes Federal, Municipal, Civic, Higher Education, Commercial, and Science + Technology as well as in Sustainable Design, and her involvement spans from preliminary stages through construction administration. Versed in both the interior and exterior detailing of a building, Adana understands and addresses the needs of multiple disciplines and project teams, achieving the goal of maximum collaboration.

Adana is a licensed architect, registered in Illinois. She earned her Bachelor of Sciences in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and attended L'Ecole d'Architecture in Versailles, France as a part of her study. She also received her Construction Document Technologist (CDT) Certification from CSI and is a LEED Accredited Professional with USGBC. Adana is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
