Glenshore's three-bedroom, two-bath condominiums are the only private residences overlooking Lake Glenview in the Glen development. Positioned within easy walking distance of the commuter railway, this is a transit-oriented design (TOD). It is also a "New Urbanist" design, with living spaces located above retail.

The design incorporates thirteen custom floor plans with large terraces in a development of 31 condominium units. The residences are above a parking and retail base. This relationship creates a mixed-use environment that encourages place-making within the sustainable, diverse environment. The development forms a sense of community by providing city amenities, including large pedestrian areas and accessible public transportation, while retaining an intimate scale.
