Roquette International commissioned Cordogan, Clark & Associates, teamed with Krusinski Construction, to design its new corporate campus master plan for its North American operations headquarters in Geneva. The first phase includes a 40,000 square foot sustainable building that features conference meeting spaces, large public atrium, test laboratories and kitchens, pilot production plant, auditorium, and executive offices.

This campus and all future expansion buildings are designed to meet LEED Certification requirements. These incorporate the latest eco-friendly materials and design strategies, including sunscreens, clerestory lighting, natural ventilation, and green roof to help reduce mechanical loads.
