This new 94,325 square feet Senior Housing Facility is located near North Avenue and 1st Avenue in Melrose Park, Illinois.

This $8 million project was completed in Fall 2003. The 95-unit building incorporates both senior condominium and rental units. The five-story, all brick-faced pre-cast concrete building has on average 20 units per floor. The facility also houses a meeting room, two offices, a day room, mail and receiving area, clinic area, laundry, tenant storage and a multi-purpose recreational area. It is fully accessible in accordance with ADA and IHDA standards.
