The Fox Valley Park District (FVPD) commissioned Cordogan Clark and Associates for the new addition to the Prisco Community Center for the FVPD. We were also the architects for the original building in the 1980's.

This new addition adds multi-purpose space with a spectacular view of the park. The new design meets the growing needs of the FVPD while remaining adaptable to the future needs of the community. The design includes three multi-purpose rooms- the largest of which includes a stage to accommodate entertainment for both senior and teen activities and to serve as a practice area for Summerstage and Winterstage community drama classes. Additional multi-purpose space in the form of two 2,500 square foot dividable rooms can be used for pre-school, creative play, and other programs. The original multi-purpose room is convertible into a new dance studio with a lounge / waiting area.
