2020 Master Plan

Cordogan, Clark and Associates provided Master Plan services by assisting Waubonsee Community College develop their 2020 Master Plan.

Located in Sugar Grove, Illinois, the Waubonsee Community College 2020 Master Plan includes six new building/expansions, parking, landscape, Athletic Fields, and renovations to existing buildings.

CCA assisted Waubonsee Community College in the successful passage of a $67M Referendum in November 2002. The bond referendum allows the College to construct eight additional facilities and remodel existing buildings.

The first phase focuses on four projects: a 55,000 square foot Science facility and 20,000 square foot Maintenance building on the Sugar Grove campus; an Aurora campus site expansion; and a site on the Southwest Corridor Extension Center.
