Cordogan, Clark and Associates designed the new 60,000 square foot main headquarters in the Warrenville Canterra Campus for Neumann Homes. The building incorporates Neumann Homes' Interior Design Showroom. The glass atrium entrance provides a focal point from which themes from precast and glass elements are repeated. The interplay of precast and glass detailing gives the structure clean mass and lines, heightening the venture. The use of window walls throughout the structure allows expression of the internal function of the building. These walls bring in a vast quantity of outside light inward and provide a feeling of an extension of the outside environment throughout the space.
