Having outgrown their existing facility, Anthony Roofing of Aurora commissioned Cordogan, Clark and Associates to design its new warehouse / office space. The new facility is 30,000 square feet precast concrete modular building, based on a 45' x 30' grid.

The 10' x 15' patterned precast panels are provided by ATMI Precast. As the client is a Roofing Contractor, the design concept is a simple gray sandblasted concrete structure that features bright red accents. The minimal, industrial design carries through the interior space.
