Formerly a Christian grammar school, North Harrison Hall was purchased by Wheaton College as a part of their campus expansion program. The project included master planning for the facility to review possible College programs that could move into a fully renovated building including possible relocation of the College's Information Technology Department and Data Center. The College Health Center and Counseling Center was ultimately relocated to this facility. Additionally, the existing gymnasium was renovated and new locker rooms were provided for the College's wrestling and baseball program. As part of the renovation, an older portion of the facility was demolished, and a new exterior elevation provided to give the formerly disorganized building a contemporary, unified aesthetic that complements Wheaton College Campus's aesthetic.
